As the entry point to Ram’s new muscle-truck lineup, the 1500 Rumble Bee combines distinctive widebody proportions, performance-focused hardware and legendary HEMI V8 power at a starting MSRP below $60,000, before destination charges.

The 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee with the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 arrives at dealerships in the fourth quarter of 2026.

With the industry’s only production Quad Cab, short-bed, widebody configuration, the 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee stands apart from other half-ton trucks. Its heroic proportions are driven in part by a wheelbase that’s 13 inches shorter than a standard Ram 1500 Quad Cab, creating a more muscular stance while reducing frame flex by 10% for increased rigidity and sharper response to driver inputs.

The shorter, purpose-built frame supports standard performance hardware, including:

  • 5.7-liter HEMI V8 with 395 horsepower and 410 lb.-ft. of torque
  • TorqueFlite 8HP75 eight-speed automatic transmission
  • 3.92 rear axle ratio
  • Full-time active four-wheel drive with selectable rear-wheel drive
  • Bilstein monotube performance shocks

Rumble Bee’s aggressive proportions are further enhanced by performance-focused wheel and tire combinations that maximize grip and emphasize the near 7-inch increase in track width at each axle. At launch, Rumble Bee will wear optional 22-by-10-inch wheels with 285/45R22 all-season tires. 20-by-10-inch wheels with 305/50R20 all-season tires are late availability as standard equipment.

Muscle-truck looks don’t come at the expense of capability. When properly equipped, Rumble Bee with the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 delivers up to 8,890 pounds of towing capacity and 1,150 pounds of payload.

On the outside, Rumble Bee features color-matched details, including the bumpers, fender flares and grille surround. At launch, customers can choose from Bright White Clear-Coat, Diamond Black Crystal Pearl-Coat and Molten Red Pearl-Coat. Late availability colors include Serrano Green Metallic, Ceramic Gray Clear-Coat and Rumble Bee Yellow Clear-Coat.

Inside, Rumble Bee’s performance-focused cabin comes well-equipped, with upgrades designed around the driver’s primary points of interaction with the truck:

Pricing and Availability
The 2027 Ram 1500 Rumble Bee with the 5.7-liter HEMI V8 will arrive in dealerships during the fourth quarter of 2026 with a starting MSRP of $59,995. The Ram 1500 Rumble Bee 392, Rumble Bee 392 Track Pack and Rumble Bee SRT will follow in the first half of 2027 with starting MSRPs of $69,995, $79,995 and $94,995, respectively. MSRP excludes $2,795 destination charge.

Direct Connection performance parts for the 5.7-liter HEMI V8-powered Rumble Bee are planned to launch alongside the truck in the fourth quarter of 2026, giving customers factory-backed customization options from day one. The Direct Connection supercharger kit carries an MSRP of $10,995. Available separately or in combination with the supercharger kit, the Direct Connection suspension kit by Ridetech has an MSRP of $4,950, while the Direct Connection performance exhaust by Magnaflow has an MSRP of $1,599.
