This 1959 Jaguar XK150 represents everything a collector or enthusiast would want in special-equipment (SE) model. The 3.4 SE was seen as a bridge between the first XK150s (bulkier, slower, and less flowing than their predecessors) and the final 3.8 cars that led into the E-Type era. With 210 hp and disc brakes, they carried on the sporting XK genes in a more refined package with refinements such as a one-piece windscreen and roomier cockpit. This example retains its numbers-matching motor (rebuilt less than 10,000 miles ago) while both interior and exterior were kept as original as possible. It’s a fine collectible that’s intended to be enjoyed. Find it here on Hemmings Auctions. The current bid is at $45,000 with one day to go.
