Acura Teases Concept Car Previewing Next-Generation Design at 2026 Monterey Car Week

A new Acura concept car will make its global debut next week during the famed Monterey Car Week, showcasing a bold new era for Acura design. The new design language, led by Acura Creative Director Yasutake Tsuchida, will influence the brand’s future models, beginning with the fourth-generation Acura RDX Hybrid set to arrive in the coming years.

The public can see the Acura concept car on Aug. 14 at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering and Aug. 16 on the Concept Lawn at Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance.

Acura Integra Type S DE5 Bests Previous Front-Wheel-Drive Record at Pikes Peak

TORRANCE, Calif. (March 5, 2026) – Acura announced today that the U.S.-built Integra Type S—the most powerful, best-performing Integra ever—will be exported to Japan, with sales scheduled to begin in Japan in 2026. The high-performance Integra variant will become the first Acura-branded vehicle sold in Japan as the brand marks its 40th anniversary. Acura & Katherine Legge Return to Pikes Peak with Hopes of a Record-Setting Run

TORRANCE, Calif. (June 12, 2025) – Acura and Honda Racing Corporation USA (HRC US) today announced a return to “America’s Mountain” for the 103rd running of The Broadmoor Pikes Peak International Hill Climb, presented by Gran Turismo, on June 22. Acura and HRC US will enter the highly competitive Time Attack 1 (TA1) division with the Integra Type S DE5 race car. Driving the #93 Integra is INDYCAR and IMSA veteran Katherine Legge who also returns to the ”Race to the Clouds” following a top-five finish in the TA1 category in 2024. Her rookie outing resulted in a time of 10:51.359, just a few seconds shy of the current front-wheel-drive record of 10:48.094 – set by Acura engineer and Pikes Peak veteran Nick Robinson with a 500-horsepower TLX in 2018.
