RESTON, Va. (June 9, 2026) – With the new Q7, Audi is building on an extremely strong legacy in the premium SUV segment. The third generation of this successful model proves a versatile companion – equally at home in a packed business schedule, on relaxed weekend getaways, or on long road trips. The Q7 delivers a strong balance of spaciousness, driving dynamics, comfort, and technology. The same applies to the unmistakable exterior design with its powerful silhouette and expressive digital lighting technology. Available with six or seven seats, the Q7 delivers maximum versatility and everyday usability. Passengers will delight in its spacious interior, including an available illuminated panoramic sunroof with switchable transparency. The all-new 2027 Audi Q7 quattro and SQ7 deliver best-in-class 0-60 mph acceleration thanks to two powerful standard engines for North America. Power for the Q7 comes from a 2.9-liter turbocharged V6 gas engine producing 429 horsepower and 442 lb-ft which helps it accelerate to 60 mph in 4.8 sec. SQ7 models benefit from a 4.0-liter bi-turbo gas V8 producing 591 horsepower and 590 lb-ft, capable of sprints to 60 mph in 3.7 sec. The all-new Q7 model family will be available later this year and pricing will be announced closer to the on-sale date.

No matter the terrain, the Audi Q7 has stood for the combination of unmistakable quattro performance and supreme everyday usability since 2006. Audi is building on more than 20 years of strength with the new generation of the large premium SUV. Thanks to its commanding proportions, high shoulder line, and striking front end with the brand’s signature Singleframe, the new Q7 has a unique presence on the road.

Inside, passengers are greeted by ample space. The Q7 comes standard with seven seats, allowing for the installation of three child seats in the second row. For the first time, two individual Captain’s Chairs are also available as an option in the second row. Together with two seats in the third row, they transform the Q7 into a six-seater – reinforcing the model’s business-class feel and long-distance comfort. All seats are electrically adjustable. Another highlight in the top trim level is the large, illuminated panoramic sunroof with switchable transparency.

Storage compartments in the doors and in the new center console add to the everyday practicality of the Audi Q7. The new center console features expansive decorative trim that emphasizes the craftsmanship of premium inlays and open‑pore woods. The console also provides space to wirelessly charge two smartphones to Qi2.2 standard, along with extra-large cup holders.

The seven-seater has a15.1 cu. ft. trunk behind the third row. Behind the second row, up to 43.9 cu. ft.; while folding down the second-row seats expands the storage space to up to 78.1 cu. ft. behind row one.

Lighting plays a special role in the look of the new Q7. For the first time in the U.S., adaptive driving beam (ADB) Digital Matrix LED headlights with micro-LED modules enabling matrix technology are available. The new headlights directly project outstanding high-resolution light illumination and reduce glare for vulnerable road users.

At the rear, available third-generation digital OLED taillights feature communication lighting. The Audi Q7 offers up to eight digital light signatures for the taillights and headlights. The digital OLED panels, with more segments than in previous generations, enable captivating designs with three-dimensional effects in the taillight signatures. The available projection light in the doors is a new feature. On Q7 Launch Edition and SQ7 models fit with the optional Luxury Package, when the driver’s and front passenger’s doors are opened, a white rhombus unfurls on the ground, welcoming the passengers and lighting the path to the vehicle.

Audi is now integrating lighting functions in the Q7 series much more closely with driver assistance features. The available advanced turn signals are the first of their kind. At night, a stylized turn signal is projected onto the ground in sync with the dynamic signals at the front and rear. This quickly alerts other road users, such as cyclists, to a lane change or turn.

The available trained parking feature allows customers to teach the Audi Q7 individual parking maneuvers. The new available reverse assist helps when backing out of a dead-end street, for example.

At launch, the new Q7 comes standard with a 2.9-liter twin turbocharged V6 gas engine producing 429 horsepower and 442 lb-ft which helps the new Q7 accelerate to 60 mph in 4.8 sec. As standard, the Q7 is equipped with an eight-speed Tiptronic transmission and quattro permanent all-wheel drive with a new limited-slip center differential with preload. It provides improved traction and effortless steering response, an even more agile yet stable driving feel, and particularly precise handling – such as during rapid and sudden load changes.

The standard steel spring suspension ensures a superior driving experience. Optionally, adaptive air suspension with controlled damping makes the Q7 even more versatile.

The all-new 2027 Audi SQ7 delivers best-in-class 0-60 mph acceleration. Thanks to a revised 4.0-liter twin turbocharged V8 producing 591 horsepower and 590 lb-ft of torque, the 2027 SQ7 is capable of 0-60 mph in 3.7 seconds. The engine is paired with an eight-speed transmission and Audi quattro with electronically controlled rear-axle differential lock. Thanks to its rear-biased architecture, the SQ7 delivers a very dynamic driving experience while shuttling 6 or 7 passengers. An electromechanical clutch modulates torque flow between the front and rear axles. When needed for dynamic driving, the system can send almost all available torque to the rear. An electronically controlled locking rear differential enhances traction and cornering precision. Thanks to an optional integrated hitch, the SQ7, like the Q7, offers heavy-duty towing capability of 7,700 lb.

All SQ7 models come standard with adaptive air suspension. Optionally, sport adaptive air suspension is also available, enhancing road handling and delivering more sporting driving characteristics. Models fit with the sport adaptive air suspension ride 30 mm lower.

The new Q7 and SQ7 are built in Bratislava – just like the two previous generations. They will be available at dealers later this year, pricing will be announced closer to the on-sale date.
